Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many public records, but the correct office depends on the record. In Cassia County, court-related services are routed through the Cassia County Judicial Center, while non-court recorder services are handled at the Cassia County Courthouse. The elected Clerk/Auditor/Recorder, Joseph W. Larsen, is also Clerk of the District Court, so the office title can look similar even when the service counter is different.
The goal is to separate those routes clearly. Cassia County District Court and Magistrate Division records use iCourt and the Clerk of the District Court. Marriage licenses and certified marriage copies use the Recorder in Room 105. Jail roster and warrant information come from the sheriff and the Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center. State driver records, vital records, and appellate materials use Idaho state agencies.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to Cassia County, any Idaho court, the Cassia County Sheriff's Office, the Clerk of the District Court, the Recorder, or any state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document, marriage record, divorce record, or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific Cassia County case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, address, form, or office hour is current right now
Only the issuing Idaho court or Cassia County government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
